Are Huemoo products made to order?
Yes. Every item is custom-generated and printed on demand after you place your order. Nothing is pulled from a warehouse shelf — your design is created for you.
How long does printing take?
Production typically takes about 1–2 business days on average once your order is submitted. Timing can vary slightly depending on the print partner fulfilling your order.
What shipping options are available?
We currently offer standard shipping, which usually arrives 3–5 business days after your shirt is printed. Standard shipping is free.
When will my order arrive in total?
Think of it in two steps: printing (about 1–2 days) plus standard shipping (3–5 days). Most orders arrive within roughly 4–7 business days after checkout, though carriers and fulfillment partners can vary.
Why might my order ship from different locations?
Huemoo works with multiple print and fulfillment partners. Depending on where your order is shipping, it may be produced and sent from different facilities to get to you as efficiently as possible.
That means tracking details and package origin may differ between orders — it is normal, and your shirt is still made to your approved design.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes. When your order ships, you should receive tracking details by email so you can follow delivery progress.
