When you use Huemoo, we may collect information you provide directly, including design preferences from our questionnaire, text and layout choices in the editor, order details, email address, shipping address, and information related to your purchase.

We may also collect generated or uploaded design data associated with your session, such as artwork, mockup previews, and print-ready files needed to fulfill your order.

We use your information to create your custom design, generate previews and mockups, process orders, communicate about your purchase, and improve the Huemoo experience.

We do not sell your personal information.

Huemoo uses AI-assisted image generation to help turn your preferences into wearable designs. When you complete the style questionnaire or request design changes, those prompts and preferences may be processed by AI image generation services to produce artwork for your shirt.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information in design prompts (for example, full legal names of others, home addresses, financial details, or private health information).

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Huemoo does not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Stripe may collect and process payment information according to its own privacy policy.

We work with trusted partners to operate Huemoo, including:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Printify and print providers — production and fulfillment of custom printed apparel
• AI image generation providers — creating design artwork from your preferences

These partners receive only the information needed to perform their role (for example, shipping details and print files for fulfillment).

Huemoo may use cookies and similar technologies to keep your session working, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, meet legal obligations, and improve our service. Design and order data may be stored for a reasonable period so we can help with reorders, replacements, or customer support.

Huemoo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
