Before checkout, please review your mockup, text, shirt color, size, and layout carefully.
Made to order
Every Huemoo item is custom-generated and printed on demand just for you. Because your design is unique, we cannot accept returns or refunds simply because you changed your mind after ordering.
If you approved the mockup at checkout, we are unable to offer a refund if you later dislike the design, wording, placement, shirt color, or size you selected.
When we can help
We want you to love what arrives. Refunds, reprints, or replacements may be considered only when something went wrong in printing or production, such as:
- Printing defects or misprints
- Item damaged on arrival
- Wrong item received
- Major production error that clearly differs from what was ordered
How to request help
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can look into it while details are fresh.
Include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- A short description of what went wrong
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund. We will work with you fairly and do our best to make it right when production did not meet expectations.
